April 1, 2013, my son Evan took his own life. I was unable to get to see him, all aspects were tightly controlled by his mother. There was the typical visitation, every other week, however she never adhered to it. I have very few details to go on, but she had a new boyfriend in the works. Gets one every couple of months. Two hours after telling me of his death, she asks if I had any insurance on him. Takes her new boyfriend to the wake. week after death she asks me to continue support. I declined. Her name is Jean Rush, in mechanicsburg, pa should you want to comment to her. Answers to details are not available as usual. Domestic Relations is a glorified name for pimps. Evan, God rest your soul, see you when my name is called. Love, Dad Starting to call representatives, but all are acting like a white elephant is in the room. Pray and assist if you can.

Dads are sick and tired of being labeled "deadbeats" when it comes to paying child support. And data suggest they have good reason to be upset. The percentage of "deadbeat" moms is actually higher than that of dads who won't pay, even though mothers are more consistently awarded custody of children by the courts. 2013 Census figures show only 57 percent of moms required to pay child support -- 385,000 women out of a total of 674,000 -- give up some or all of the money they owe. That leaves some 289,000 "deadbeat" mothers out there, a fact that has barely been reported in the media. That compares with 68 percent of dads who pay up, according to the figures We Need Equal Rights and Equal Punishments.

Activist sometimes exhibit impatience with theory - often for good reasons. They have seen nonviolence caught in an idealogical net in which the purity of idealogy eclipsed activity and the nonviolent effort was undermined by a deflection of energy. But nonviolent theory is absolutely necessary. It introduces to the world a new strategy for resisting evil without creating new evils and becoming evil ourselves. But more important, it articulates a new way of being that yields a vision of peace more powerful than all the armies of all the nations of the world. (Peace is the Way, 2000)

Fathers rights should be called Fathers non-rights! I know there have been some forward progress in this cause but I really don't see equality being acheived. There are too many womans rights groups that actually fight for there rights. Men get beaten down in all aspects of who they are by lawliars, judges, and just the plain ole "system". By the time most men figure out what happened they just don't give a dam! So I say keep fighting but don't expect any leaps and bounds for quite some time...Just my thoughts for what it's worth...Gary

WLYB....New post on ExposingTheRecord.org Thanks in advance for your feedback. Our Family Courts nationwide are in need of serious reform, if not elimination. The corruption is well out of control. State Laws are being ignored, or are themselves unconstitutional. The United States Constitution is non-existent in these Kangaroo Courts. Spread the word that you can post your story here! Our legislators (Law Makers) MUST be told what is going on. These same Law Makers MUST be held accountable right along side these Corrupt Judges, Corrupt Court Officers, and the very many other so-called professionals involved in these conspiratorial acts. These very serious issues MUST be addressed. Our FAMILIES are being destroyed. Our COUNTRY is being torn apart. The Legal Kidnapping of our children by...Corrupt Family Courts
